Borets offers VEDBT 117 mm submersible permanent magnet motors. These motors are three-phase and filled with oil. Poles of rotor are provided by means of permanent magnets made of hard sintered materials which are installed in rotor lamination.
Higher efficiency, power factor and electromagnetic torque along with low heat production, capability of speed adjustment and parameters control – all these features enable to considerably decrease motor dimensions, extend runlife and overhaul period of submersible pumping systems, operate wells with viscous oil, high solids content, unstable production, low debit, with severe operating conditions, after hydraulic fracturing of formation and etc.
This motor gives better capability to operate within perforation zone and below perforation zone and simplifies well commissioning. Single section of this motor has much better horsepower along with low power consumption. In a certain conditions it is suitable for use instead of rod pump.
