Pumping unit for formation pressure maintenance (FPM)

Oil and gas fields often require water injection in order to maintain formation pressure maintenance.
Borets manufactures bore pit pumps for water injection into formation, which do not require permanent maintenance, large capital investments and are easy to install and automate. The pit pumping unit, depending on the required head consists of several sections. The drives are either a submersible or a surface explosion-proof motor.
Pump units are manufactured in 6", 8", 10", 14" and 16" (152.4, 203.2, 254, 355.6 and 406.4 mm) housing diameters.
Borets provides technical documentation for the supplied equipment and can offer services during equipment operation and when required repair services.

Bore pit pumping units for FPM with surface electric motor

The BNECPK model is the bore pit submersible centrifugal pumping unit consisting of several pump sections (depending on the required head) and a surface vertical explosion-proof induction motor. The pump is installed in the bore pit.
Motor start-up, shut-down and protection are provided by a switchboard.

 

Bore pit pumping units for FPM with submersible electric motor

The BPECPK model is a sectional (depending on type can consist of 1 to 5 sections) bore pit pump unit for formation pressure maintenance with a submersible (either water or oil- filled) electric motor.
The pumping units are supplied with power cable, transformer and switchboard (type “Borets” or “KUPNA-700”), a distribution device type K-59 depending on used electric motor.

 

Horizontal electrical centrifugal pumps for FPM

The horizontal electrical centrifugal pumping system type BGECPK is designed for water injection into the formation for pressure maintenance, or can be used for pumping of fluids thru the pipe line.
The unit consists of a platform, a centralizer, pump base and clamps, horizontal centrifugal pump and an induction explosion-proof electric motor.
